Ridgefield Traffic Impacts

This newsletter provides the most up-to-date information about road construction in the City limits and traffic impacts caused by these projects:

New Traffic Alerts

S 65th Avenue - November 29: A single lane closure will be in effect on Wednesday, November 29 between 10AM-4PM to allow a contractor to complete Crack Sealing in the north bound lane.

N Royle Road at N 10th Street - November 21 - December 1: A single lane closure will be in effect beginning November 29 through December 1, 9AM - 4PM. This closure will allow a contractor to complete the installation of a gas line.

Ongoing Traffic Impacts

S Union Ridge Parkway: No Parking on Union Ridge Parkway immediately north of S 5th Street during construction work for the Pioneer Street Extension Project. The contractor is using the area for staging. Please use caution in the area.

S Royle Road - November 21 - December 8: Single lane closure with flagging during work hours, 7AM to 5PM, on S Royle Road between Wells Drive/15th Street and 5th Street through Friday, December 8. The closure will be in effect on weekends, but not holidays (Thursday, Nov. 23 and Friday, Nov. 24). This closure will allow utility, irrigation, and sidewalk prep work to occur for Phase 2 of Royle Road Corridor Improvements.
