Pioneer Street - December 11 - 15: An alternating nighttime single lane closure will be in effect on Pioneer Street just west of 56th Place December 11 through 15, from 10PM - 5AM. The single lane closure will alternate between the West bound and East bound lanes as required to complete the work. This closure is to allow a contractor to install a new water line across Pioneer Street for the Union Ridge Town Center development.
N Royle Road - December 11: Single lane closure in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on N Royle Road adjacent to Paradise Found (north of N 10th Street). This closure is to allow the contractor to connect the Paradise Found subdivision to the existing water main.
Ongoing Traffic Impacts
S Union Ridge Parkway: No Parking on Union Ridge Parkway immediately north of S 5th Street during construction work for the Pioneer Street Extension Project. The contractor is using the area for staging. Please use caution in the area.
S Royle Road - November 21 - December 8: Single lane closure with flagging during work hours, 7AM to 5PM, on S Royle Road between Wells Drive/15th Street and 5th Street through Friday, December 8. The closure will be in effect on weekends, but not holidays (Thursday, Nov. 23 and Friday, Nov. 24). This closure will allow utility, irrigation, and sidewalk prep work to occur for Phase 2 of Royle Road Corridor Improvements.
