Ridgefield Traffic Impacts

This newsletter provides the most up-to-date information about road construction in the City limits and traffic impacts caused by these projects:

New Traffic Alerts

S Royle Road: Single lane closure with flagging during work hours, 7AM to 5PM, on S Royle Road between Wells Drive/15th Street and 5th Street Monday, January 8 - Friday, January 26, 2024. This closure will allow utility, irrigation, and sidewalk prep work to occur for Phase 2 of Royle Road Corridor Improvements.

Pioneer Street: Westbound shoulder closure on Pioneer Street, just west of the S 56th Place roundabout starting Monday, January 22 at 6PM through Tuesday, January 23 at 6AM. This closure is necessary to complete water line work.

Ongoing Traffic Impacts

S Union Ridge Parkway: No Parking on Union Ridge Parkway immediately north of S 5th Street during construction work for the Pioneer Street Extension Project. The contractor is using the area for staging. Please use caution in the area.
