New Traffic Alerts
TRAFFIC REVISION - Union Ridge Parkway at 5th Street: The traffic signal at Union Ridge Parkway and 5th Street will be turned on and put into 4-way flash on Wednesday, April 10. The intersection will become a 3-way stop with the northbound leg of Union Ridge Parkway to the new roundabout at Pioneer Street remaining closed for the time being.
S Royle Road - April 8 - April 19: A single lane closure with flagging during work hours, 7 AM to 5 PM on S Royle Road between Wells Drive/15th Street and 5th Street Monday, April 8 - Friday, April 19, 2024. This closure will allow utility, irrigation, and sidewalk prep work to occur for Phase 2 of Royle Road Corridor Improvements.
N Royle Road - CLOSURE - April 8 - June 8: Both lanes of N Royle Road from N 10th Street to north of N 13th Street are CLOSED Monday, April 8 through Saturday, June 8. This closure is necessary for the developer to complete utility work and frontage improvements associated with the Paradise Found Subdivision. Detour in place via Pioneer Street to N Reiman Road and NW 289th Street, or via Interstate 5 to La Center. See Detour Map (PDF).
Ongoing Traffic Impacts
S Union Ridge Parkway: No Parking on Union Ridge Parkway immediately north of S 5th Street during construction work for the Pioneer Street Extension Project. The contractor is using the area for staging. Please use caution in the area.
