Upcoming Planned Closures on Pioneer Street

PIONEER CLOSURE – 7PM Friday, October 25 to 6 AM Tuesday, October 29

Pioneer Street will be CLOSED between Discovery Drive and 56th Place from 7 PM Friday, October 25 to 6 AM Tuesday, October 29. 53rd Place will also be closed from the parking access south to Pioneer Street (access businesses and parking will remain open). During this period, city contractors will install a major stream culvert. Detour route in place along S Royle Road, Wells Drive, Timm Road, S 6th Way, and S 56th Place will apply. Discovery Drive will remain open for local business access to Ridgefield Physical Therapy, Mountain View Dental and Costco. Detour map (PDF)

Pioneer Street will be CLOSED between Discovery Drive and 56th Place from 7 PM Friday, November 1 to 6 AM Tuesday, November 5. 53rd Place will also be closed from the parking access south to Pioneer Street (access businesses and parking will remain open). During this period, city contractors will complete installation of a major stream culvert. The same detour route along S Royle Road, Wells Drive, Timm Road, S 6th Way, and S 56th Place will apply. Other Traffic Alerts

S 21st Place, S 4th Way, S 25th Place - October 22-25: A single lane closure will be in effect on Thursday, October 17 and 18 from 8 AM - 6 PM to allow contractors to complete work sub grading, rock prep and curb work.

Hillhurst Road - October 21 - November 8: Shoulder work 9 AM-5 PM (10 AM start on Wednesdays) with slight lane shift on Hillhurst Road at the south end of Sunset Ridge/View Ridge Schools to repair curb work.
