Pioneer Street EB Lane Closure - August 14: On Thursday, August 14 there will be intermittent closures along the center, eastbound lane of Pioneer Street between 56th Place and 65th Avenue between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM. These intermittent closures are to allow the City's Public Works crew to safely complete landscaping maintenance in the median.
Pioneer Street Lane Shift – August 14 – late September: Starting Thursday, August 14, eastbound and westbound Pioneer Street traffic between Royle Road and the new roundabout at Discovery Drive will be shifted onto the newly constructed north side of the road. To help maintain access to Discovery Ridge businesses, a right-turn lane onto S 47th Ave will remain open for eastbound travel. View Map (PNG).
56th Place and Pioneer Street Roundabout - August 11 - Fall 2025: Designated right-turn lane from westbound Pioneer Street onto N 56th Place and temporarily closure of the northbound exit of the 56th Place and Pioneer Street roundabout. These changes will remain in place until Fall 2025 when there are two lanes open in each direction through the Pioneer Widening project. View map (PDF)
S 15th St at S 38th Ct - August 15: Single lane closure in effect on Friday, August 15 on S 15th Street near S 38th Court to allow contractor to complete paving for Quail Ridge subdivision.
S 21st Place and S 4th Way - July 11 - August 30: Single lane closures will be in effect Friday, July 11 - Saturday, August 30 on S 21st Place and S 4th Way to allow the contractors to pour curb and pave for the Ridgefield Heights subdivision.
Discovery Drive/Pioneer Canyon - CLOSED: Discovery Drive/Pioneer Canyon Drive is CLOSED between Pioneer Street and 53rd Place to allow the contractor to complete underground utilities, walls, lighting, roadway, curbs. fencing and sidewalk.
