The Community Development Department is processing a set of code amendments in order to bring the code up-to-date and to address some of the development standards to further promote a livable community in Ridgefield. We welcome any comments you may have on any of the proposed code sections highlighted below. This online public comment period will remain open until City Council’s hearing tentatively set for October 2019, to consider adoption of the proposed code amendment.
An Open House will be held to discuss these code amendments on Thursday, August 29th, 5:30pm to 7:30pm in the Columbia Assembly Room at the Ridgefield Administrative and Civic Center (510 Pioneer St).
