There are a variety of ways to pay your Utility Bill:
Online Services
Customer Online Services allows you to review your utility account, pay bills, see past bill amounts and payments, water consumption history for the past year and to make payments online from the convenience and security of your home computer. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and electronic checks are accepted.
Credit Card and Electronic Check Payments
Credit Card or Electronic Check payments can be made by phone, (360) 887-3557, 24/7. Customer service can accept in person (230 Pioneer St) during regular business hours.

Auto-Pay
The City of Ridgefield offers an Auto Pay option. Auto Pay automatically withdraws payment from your account on the due date of your bill. As a courtesy, you will continue to receive a statement and the “Total Due” will be deducted from your account on the due date. It will show “Account on Auto pay”. Once you have registered your account number online, opt for auto payments and input your method of payment. You can also opt to have electronic and/or paper statements.

In Person or Drop Box
Customer service can accept payments during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM. A secure drop box is available outside of City Hall in downtown Ridgefield for after-hours payments by check or money order. Drop box payments will be picked up at 8:00 a.m. and posted to your account on the following business day. City Hall is located at 230 Pioneer St in downtown Ridgefield.
If you are unable to pay your bill by the due date we encourage you to contact Customer Service in City Hall, 360-887-3557, to apply for payment arrangements and avoid service disconnection.
