    • 11:30 – Plank Challenge with Tailored Fitness
    • 12:00 – Introduction to Yoga
    • 1:00 – Tae Kwon Do by HS Tae Kwon Do

    Prize Drawings throughout the day for those who participate in any health or fitness activity.

    10:00  Free Fun walk/runs by Why Racing Events @ Davis Park

    An easy 1-mile walk/run along the waterfront & a more challenging 3-mile run through downtown Ridgefield and along Abrams Park trails.

    • Register on the day of the event.
    • Warm up with Tailored Fitness at 9:45.
    • Enjoy a free healthnut smoothie prepared by Seasons Coffee Shop.
    • First 30 runners receive a free t-shirt.

    ALL DAY

    Visit local merchants and enjoy outdoor fitness by walking through downtown, biking along the waterfront, hiking a trail at the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge or creating your own outdoor fun at one of the City’s four downtown parks.

    This movie tells the story of Dr. Bassem Youssef who decides to leave his job as a heart surgeon and become a late-night comedian. Them movie is about how he finds creative, non-violent ways to protect free speech. Discussion follows.

    Meaningful Movies showcase a documentary followed by an optional post documentary discussion.  This month we will be showing Tickling Giants, that ‘tells the story of Dr. Bassem Youssef, the “Egyptian Jon Stewart”, who decides to leave his job as a heart surgeon and become a late-night comedian. The movie is about how he finds creative, non-violent ways to protect free speech and fight a president who abuses his power.’
