Rosauers Supermarkets is set to open its doors on Saturday, December 7th and we are teaming up with ilani for an opening weekend celebration. Come for the ribbon cutting ceremony at 9am, and stay for an afternoon of family-friendly festivities just outside the store. There will be face painting, local businesses, food, and more at this opening weekend tailgate! 10AM to 2PM on Saturday and Sunday. After you visit the store, follow Pioneer into downtown and join us for Hometown Celebration and the Tree Lighting Ceremony(4:30pm)!

Portland, Oregon’s virtuoso acoustic guitar trio – Acoustic Guitar Summit – is made up of three of the country’s best fingerstyle guitarists. Two members, Doug Smith and Mark Hanson, won a Grammy in 2005 for their contributions to the Henry Mancini – Pink Guitar CD. The third member, Terry Robb, is the perennial winner of the Cascade Blues Association award as the top acoustic blues guitarist in the Pacific Northwest. In addition, in September of 2006, Doug won the National Fingerpicking Championship contest in Winfield, Kansas.
