A note regarding the Community Events Calendar and COVID-19:

Clark County is in Phase 2 of the Safe Start program. In this Phase, gatherings are limited to 5 people outside of your household. While we have tried to keep our Community Events Calendar updated, there may be events listed that have since been cancelled. Please check with event hosts/venue prior to planning attendance and follow all local health guidelines.

Grab a blanket and pillow and get comfortable enjoying our family friendly movie marathon and waffle bar! Showtimes at 10AM and Noon in the commons at RACC.

9-10AM: Waffle Bar
Come for breakfast and enjoy a waffle and maple syrup, and other goodies.

10AM-2PM: Family Friendly Movie Marathon
Showtimes @ 10AM and 12Noon. The Commons at the RACC will be transformed into a cozy living room theater.
10AM: Eight Below
12Noon: Shrek

Games & munchies: 

  • Board games to enjoy with your family & friends
  • Movie munchies & beverages

11:30AM: Pajama Contest for Kids

ALL DAY
Exciting and fun kids crafts at the Ridgefield Community Library. Downtown businesses are open! Take a walk to check out the stores, sales, parks and local eateries.

What to bring?

Yes, you can bring your own snacks or lunch. Bring it from home or buy a to-go lunch from a local restaurant.

Bring your favorite cozy blanket, slippers, a pillow or other accessories to be comfortable while you watch the movie.

Want to take a break from the movie? Bring a book, snuggle up in a bean bag chair, and enjoy!


We will not be having any vendors at Lazy Dayz in 2020. Thank you.

Join Maureen O’Reilly for a few hours to create this beautiful little painting in watercolors. Yes! You CAN do this, I promise! All materials provided along with a cup of coffee hand crafted by Phuong herself. No painting experience necessary. Seats are limited. $40 pre registration required by contacting Lava Java.

Tony Starlight will be in performance celebrating the 79th birthday of music icon Neil Diamond. Tony is a musical comedian, so the show is a fun mix of music and comedy. Musically it is a faithful rendition of Neil in his heyday. The band is comprised of serious musicians who don’t take themselves too seriously.
