NW 289th St. - November 7: Single Lane closure at NW 289th St and Royle Rd on Friday, November 7, 8 AM to 4 PM, for grading and cleaning of the ditch along 289th St for Paradise Pointe development.
S 1st Way - CLOSED - October 29-November 21: Complete road closure of S 1st Way between Bertsinger Road and S 21st Place to allow for sanitary line installation for Ridgefield Farm subdivision. Use alternate route.
TRAIL CLOSURE: Gee Creek Trail - October 27 - November 7: The Gee Creek Trail will be CLOSED between Abrams Park (Onslow Nature Play) and Heron Drive during upcoming work. The trail will be closed to all recreational users from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday October 27 through November 7. This closure is to ensure the safety of trail users and the city's contractor during demolition of a nearby structure.
Cedar Ridge, Downtown, Seven Wells - November 3-6: The City's contractor will be completing asphalt repairs in various locations November 3, 4, and 6. All work is weather permitting.
- Cedar Ridge: Lane closure with flagging on S Cedar Ridge Dr at S 3rd Way Monday, November 3 and Thursday, November 6
- Downtown: Lane closure with flagging on Pioneer Street at 5th Avenue on Monday, November 3 and Thursday, November 6
- Seven Wells: Lane closure with flagging on S 50th Ct Tuesday, November 4 and Thursday, November 6
S Dolan Road - November 10-13: The City's contractor will be completing asphalt repairs on Dolan Road just south of 5th Street. A single lane closure with flagging will be in effect Monday, November 10 through Thursday, November 13. All work is weather permitting.
S 56th Place - November 10 and 11: Single lane closure with flagging at the intersection of S 56th Place and S 6th Way during work hours on Monday, November 10 and Tuesday, November 11.
S Wells Drive - November 10 and 11: Lane shift on S Wells Drive at 50th Place Monday, November 10 and Tuesday, November 11 to allow for installation of a new crosswalk on Wells Drive.
279th Street between NE 10th Avenue and NE 16th Ave - CLOSED - September 22 - November 22: A full road closure will be effect on Monday, September 22 through Saturday, November 22 on 279th Street between NE 10th Avenue and NE 16th Avenue to allow contractors to complete sewer line installation associated with the Greely Farms development. A temporary gravel detour road is in place to maintain access to residences during the closure. This closure will shift east on 279th Street with the pipe installation, ensuring all properties maintain access through construction. View map (PDF)
