Ridgefield Traffic Impacts

This newsletter provides the most up-to-date information about road construction in the City limits and traffic impacts caused by these projects.

S 11th Street and S Timm Road - November 18: Single lane closure with flagging at the intersection of S 11th St and S Timm Rd during work hours on Tuesday, November 18 for installation of new street lights. 

S 1st Way - CLOSED - October 29-November 21: Complete road closure of S 1st Way between Bertsinger Road and S 21st Place to allow for sanitary line installation for Ridgefield Farm subdivision. Use alternate route.

S Dolan Road - November 10-13: The City's contractor will be completing asphalt repairs on Dolan Road just south of 5th Street. A single lane closure with flagging will be in effect Monday, November 10 through Thursday, November 13. All work is weather permitting. 

279th Street between NE 10th Avenue and NE 16th Ave - CLOSED - September 22 - November 22: A full road closure will be effect on Monday, September 22 through Saturday, November 22 on 279th Street between NE 10th Avenue and NE 16th Avenue to allow contractors to complete sewer line installation associated with the Greely Farms development. A temporary gravel detour road is in place to maintain access to residences during the closure. This closure will shift east on 279th Street with the pipe installation, ensuring all properties maintain access through construction. View map (PDF)
