Manage Your Utility Account

The City of Ridgefield provides water and stormwater management services to residents within the Ridgefield city limits.

Other utility services are provided for within the City but are offered through franchise agreements. See links below for other utilities such as gas, electricity, garbage and sewer.

To set up or close a water or stormwater utility account, call 360-887-3557 or click on Setup or Close Account.

Automated Phone Notices

Phone calls may be made from 360-727-6045 with important service notifications. Save this number to your contacts to insure you are less likely to miss a call.

Online Account Management

Online Account Management is a tool that allows you to view your bill online, pay your bill online, view water consumption history, and set up recurring automatic payments. Setting up your account is quick and easy, all you need is your account number and the last name on your utility bill.

  1. If this is your first time accessing your account online, select Sign Up.
  2. Enter an email address, a password, the last name on your utility bill, and your utility account number. Select Complete Registration.
    If you do not know your utility account number, you can contact us at utilities@ridgefieldwa.us or 360-887-3557, option 1 for English, option 3.
  3. To activate your account, you must verify your email address. Find the email from noreply@merchanttransact.com in your inbox, open it, and click on the provided link.
  4. After verifying your email address, you can login to pay your bill, sign up for paperless e-billing, and set up automatic payments from a debit card, credit card, or checking account.
