Celebrate a decade of community, creativity, and fun at the 10th Anniversary of Ridgefield First Saturdays at our annual celebration of spring on Saturday, May 3, 2025.
For ten years, downtown Ridgefield has come alive with music, food, art, and family-friendly activities that bring locals together in a vibrant atmosphere. From themed events and athletic challenges to local artists showcasing their work, each First Saturday is a unique celebration.
Enjoy the lively vendor market, sidewalk sales, outdoor concerts, delicious food from local vendors, and so much more. Join us for this milestone event and make memories with friends and family as we toast to 10 incredible years of Ridgefield First Saturdays!

Davis Park:
Ridgefield First Saturday Vendor Market – 9 AM - 2 PM
First Saturday Vendors will be set up selling local food, artisan goods and more at Davis Park from
9 AM to 2 PM.
Live Music: Brenna Larsen - 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Brenna's music reflects a blend of timeless charm and contemporary flair. Inspired by the iconic songwriters of the 60s and 70s, she infuses her original compositions with the nostalgic allure of folk and the infectious groove of jazz. Check out her bio and music!

10th Anniversary Celebration:
Help us celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Ridgefield First Saturdays at Overlook Park! Hear from Mayor Cole, enjoy a free sweet treat at 12 PM and look at the memories made over the last 10 years. Limited edition t-shirts are available for pre-order on our website or to purchase day of. Snag one to wear all year long!
Spring Festival Talent Showcase - 12 PM
Showcase your incredible talents at our first Talent Showcase ~ not a competition. Whether you sing, dance, act, play an instrument, or have a unique talent, we want to see what you’ve got! This showcase is open to ALL ages. Performances will be on stage at Overlook Park following our 10th Anniversary celebration!

Overpass Art Reveal - 9 AM
Come celebrate a new public art installation on the Pioneer Street Rail Overpass! The City is installing a series of colorful steel sandhill cranes on safety screens along both Pioneer Street Overpasses. We will commemorate this installation with a viewing from Overlook Park and a walk on the Rail Overpass. Learn more
Lawn Games – 9 AM - 2 PM
Join us for some friendly games of Ladder Ball, Disc Golf, Yard Jenga, Corn Hole and Spike Ball.
Craft Station – 9 AM - 2 PM
Come make a Spring Festival Craft at the City of Ridgefield Events Trailer. All supplies and instructions provided. While supplies last.
Ridgefield Art Association Information Booth - 9 AM - 2 PM
Connect with members of the local Ridgefield Art Association.
Abrams Park:
Garden Club Plant Sale at Abrams Park – 9 AM - 3 PM (or until sold out)
Bennett Hall in Abrams Park.
Fundraiser to Beautify Ridgefield. Look out for hanging baskets, sun and shade planters, home grown veggies and flowers, herbs, shrubs, and color spots. Due to tax regulations for non-profits, Garden Club will only accept Cash, Check, Debit or Credit. No Cash Apps.
Bonus! Members of the Ridgefield Art Association will have art on display at the Plant Sale.

Moola Weekend - Ridgefield Main Street
Ridgefield Main Street's Moola program directly supports our Downtown businesses! Shop Downtown on May 3 then send your receipts to RMS. RMS will give you $10 Moola for every $30 spent Downtown. Center Mark Grand Re-Opening Event, 10 AM - 4 PM
Center Market will be folding their Grand-reopening event on Saturday, May 3 from 10 AM- 4 PM. There will be free food, drinks, and a raffle drawing with large prices to win
Kentucky Derby Watch Party - The Neighborhood Refuge, 2 - 10 PM

- Where can I park?

Public parking for most events is available at:
- Street parking on Pioneer Street, Main Avenue, 3rd Avenue, Simons Street, 4th Avenue, Mill Street, 5th Avenue and Division Street.
- Parking areas: West side of Railroad Ave
Downtown parking can get crowded during events. Be prepared to have to walk a couple of blocks: arrive early, locate a drop off spot closer to the event for any passengers with mobility challenges, bring your patience. If possible, travel with family members or neighbors to minimize the cars in the area.
